Delta Air Lines sells seats on flights operated by regional partners, mainly SkyWest Airlines, Endeavor Air, and Republic Airways. In 2025 about 8.0% of its seat-miles were flown by regionals. How much of each regional's flying belongs to Delta Air Lines is an estimate based on the hubs the regional serves. The figure for 2025 sits between 66.6 and 67.1 passenger-miles per gallon depending on how multi-airline regionals are split. See the methodology.

BTS began combining Delta and Northwest filings in January 2010. Northwest Airlines has its own page for 2000 to 2009, so the Delta line includes Northwest from 2010 on.
